CollierGibson is selected by the City of Jackson to develop the former Hayes Hotel in downtown Jackson, Michigan.  The vacant 10-story 134,000 square foot property was originally built as a 200-room hotel in 1926 and is on the National Historic Register.  The planned $40 Million redevelopment will convert the property to a mixed use building including a restaurant, retail, office space, and approximately 109 market rate apartments. Development partners Michael Collier and Scott Gibson are excited to have a positive impact on the continuing revitalization of downtown Jackson and are honored to have been selected to bring back such an important piece of history for the community.
