Cofounded by commercial real estate developers Michael Collier and Scott Gibson, the firm focuses on creative adaptive reuse and ground up development projects in the United States with a concentration in the Midwest. Development and renovation asset classes include Hotels, Multifamily, Office, Industrial, Retail, Restaurants and Self Storage.

Collier and Gibson have collectively owned and either renovated or developed over 3 Million square feet of commercial real estate across the country. Challenging executions, complex business plans, and a high risk high reward model comprise the majority of projects completed.

Michael and Scott are former elite level athletes with Midwestern roots and believe in working hard and having as much fun as possible along the way. Michael is married with four children and lives in California and Scott is married with two children and lives in Ohio.
